The integration is deployed to the relevant department environments. Access controls ensure only authorised departments can query the connected system.

Monitor & maintain

Usage is tracked in the admin dashboard. If the external system's API changes, we handle the update. No action required from your team.

Security by design

Custom integrations run within your Azure tenant. API credentials are stored in your Azure Key Vault. Data flows directly between your systems. It never passes through our infrastructure.

Department-level access controls apply to integrations too. If only the Sales department should see CRM data, only the Sales environment has access to the CRM integration.
